Types of House Extensions:

Single Storey - Over the years we have completed countless ground floor extensions for our clients. They offer a great way of opening up the house to create large living areas that are so popular these days.

Double Storey  - Double storey extensions provide the same scope as ground floor extension with the option of adding additional bedrooms or bathrooms on the second floor.

Wrap Around - Depending on the space available wrap around extensions are a great option for increasing the floor area to the property. Extensive structural alterations offer options to have huge open areas and give you a real wow factor for your property.

Second Storey - Many homes are either built with or have ground floor additions on their homes. Building on the footprint of these offers the advantage of not losing any additional outside space but also increasing the square meterage of your home.

Our team will work with you to decide on the right extension for your home and what you are looking to get from your space. We will discuss each element of your house extension design and provide helpful advice on the right placement, access and meeting building regulations. Advantages of a Home Extension for Your Property

Adds extra space to your home.

Extensions are a great way of increasing the living space of your home to meet the needs of your individual circumstances, whether that be an additional bedroom for a growing family, a kitchen extension or a larger living space.

Add additional storage space

With space at a premium these days we are always exploring different and clever ways of incorporating storage space to our homes. When designing an extension we can incorporate bespoke cupboards and storage solutions into the room to maximise on floor area.

Add additional value to your home

With our homes being, for most people, the largest investment we make in our lifetime adding additional value to it can be of great benefit. By increasing the floor area or even adding a bedroom or two can hugely increase the value of your home and make it more desirable for potential buyers.

Make your home fit for purpose

We understand that sometimes peoples life circumstances change and as a result their homes need to adapt. Whether this is a growing family that needs extra bedrooms or a major life changing event such as a disability, extensions can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

Customisation

By designing your own home extension you are able to create the style you want. We generally find even when our clients purchase a new home they always like to add their own stamp on it. By being involved in the design process we can tailor your extension to your needs & requirements. From creating your dream kitchen space to adding additional natural light and room styling ideas that will set your build apart we have ideas and options we can discuss.

Save on the cost of moving

Moving house and all the associated legal fees can quickly mount up. By putting your money into improving your home and making it work for your individual circumstances we find our clients are better off and with a more bespoke home that works for them rather than moving.
