On this project we were asked to complete a large double story extension to the side of the existing house with the addition of a further single story extension to the rear. The double story extension was to add a large open plan kitchen / dining room on the ground floor whilst adding a bathroom, large bedroom and ensuite on the 2nd floor. The single story rear extension was to be the living room for the property.
We were also asked to install a LPG tank as this property didn’t have mains gas. We installed feature brick walls, aluminium windows and doors with astrical bars, laid flooring and decorated throughout. These additions over double the floor area of the existing property. The new country style kitchen with bespoke breakfast bar really complimented this build. Our client now has a property that is fit for their needs.
