Description:
Our client was in need of an extra bedroom that would maximise their amazing views over Eastbourne. We built this loft using materials we felt complimented the existing tiles. After discussions with our client they expressed interest in fitting a Velux Cabrio balcony which allows you to open the roof window and create an amazing balcony area.
This conversion included a new fully tiled shower room to the property.
