Drake Extension

We were tasked with building a double story extension to create a utility room, downstairs toilet and a walk in wardrobe and ensuite on the 2nd story. We sourced and built the extension with materials that matched the existing.

We installed antracite cederal cladding to match the new front door and new rear aluminium bifolding doors. A pocket door was used to access the ensuite through the walk in wardrobe so to be able to maximise space and a light tunnel was also installed to get as much natural light into the area as possible. The utility room doubled up as office space when needed and added much needed storage space to the property.
