Our client came to us with plans to make use of the land to the side of their property. We removed bushes and trees to make space for a single story side extension. This space was to be used as a prayer room and separate kitchen. We worked closely with our clients to understand their requirements and needs.
We installed underfloor heating to the prayer room and tiled the floor throughout. A new boiler was supplied and repositioned into the new kitchen area. We then landscaped the areas around the new extension to allow access from the front drive and a decking area to the rear.
