This property required a full refurbishment. Due to the existing outdated wiring we completely rewired the property. We installed a new fully compliant consumer unit under, new sockets and lighting throughout. We also completed a new heating system change from a gravity fed system to a combi boiler, new pipe work and radiators through out.
The existing bathroom was situated in the kitchen. We removed this and repositioned upstairs between the master bedroom and bedroom 2. By removing the central wall between the two rooms we were able to create enough space for this amazing bathroom.
The kitchen was completely redesigned to be light and airy whilst offering storage adequate spaces.
The property wall fully plastered, decorated and had new floor coverings throughout. The result is this brand new beautiful home.
