Our client came to us wanting to create a large open plan kitchen / dining room. As this extension falls under permitted development we did all the designs and plans in house. We removed the back of the house and internal walls to create a huge open plan space. We then installed this beautiful kitchen, installed luxury vinyl tile flooring and decorated throughout. We also installed a downstairs toilet, large patio to the rear and new bathroom.
With this property being constructed of shuttered concrete and of a non standard build we worked closely with our structural engineers to come up with solutions to enable us to fulfil the brief. We dropped the ceilings to lose the structural steel beams within the ceiling void to create the feeling of one large room as opposed to 3 separate rooms that have been knocked together. The result is this stunning space the client can now enjoy with their family.
